The aim of the app is to provide managers an ability to test themselves for different leadership abilities. After the self-evaluation, they’d send inquiry to other employees to answer the questions about them (”others about me”). Based on the results, the application offers different educational courses in the area where the results suggested possible improvements. The courses are organized by the recruiting company that has ordered this application.
